These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Neptune Paid Media website. By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
About our services
Neptune Paid Media provides paid media services, including account audits, ongoing campaign management and new account launches. Any services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement or proposal between you and Neptune Paid Media. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls.
Website content
The content on this website is for general information only. It is not a promise of specific results. Examples, including the sample audit shown on our homepage, are illustrative and do not reflect any particular client's account.
No guarantee of results
Advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control, including ad platform algorithms and policies, competition, budget, your offer, your website and market conditions. We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, enrollments, sales, costs or return on ad spend.
Advertising platforms
Google, YouTube, Meta, LinkedIn and other advertising platforms are operated by third parties under their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for platform outages, policy changes, ad disapprovals, account suspensions or billing decisions made by those platforms. Ad spend is paid directly to the platforms and is separate from our fees unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Your responsibilities
When you work with us, you're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for having the rights to any content, logos and materials you give us, and for making sure your advertising claims comply with the laws and accrediting rules that apply to your school or business.
Intellectual property
The content, design and branding on this website belong to Neptune Paid Media and may not be copied or reused without permission. Ownership of work created for clients is covered in each client agreement.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this website. That includes submitting false information or spam through our forms, attempting to disrupt the site or gain unauthorized access, or using the site for any unlawful purpose.
Third-party links
This website may link to third-party websites and tools, such as scheduling services. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimer
This website is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law.
Limitation of liability
